Election of Area Administrators and Managing directors conducted in four Administrative areas of Barentu sub-zone

The Election of Area Administrators, Managing directors and Village administrative committees has been conducted in the Administrative areas of Selam and Biyara, as well as Dasse and Anagulu, in Barentu sub-zone. Barentu, 03 February 2015 – The Election of Area Administrators, Managing directors and Village administrative committees has been conducted in the Administrative areas of Selam and Biyara, as well as Dasse and Anagulu, in Barentu sub-zone.
Mr. Aurelio Jakomino, Administrator of the sub-zone, stated that the election aimed at providing effective administration service to the public, and called on the inhabitants to nominate fellow nationals that would serve them with higher sense of dedication.
The newly elected citizens on their part expressed readiness to live up to expectations and called on the public to demonstrate the necessary cooperation. They also urged the sub-zonal Administration to organize training courses so as to upgrade their capacity.
