Eritrean-Austrian Community expresses readiness to enhance attachment with Homeland

Eritrean-Austrian Community has expressed readiness to exert the necessary effort with a view to enhancing attachment with the Homeland.

Asmara, 03 February 2015 – Eritrean-Austrian Community has expressed readiness to exert the necessary effort with a view to enhancing attachment with the Homeland. It made the pledge at a meeting conducted recently, during which it was reported that the community has accomplished a number of programs, including that of organizing a pictorial exhibition highlighting Eritrea’s resources, conducting seminars by senior Eritrean officials as regards portraying the right image of the nation, besides organizing tour of Eritrean tourism sites in collaboration with the Eritrean Embassy in Germany.

The participants of the meeting re-elected Mr. Alfred Mansfield, an Austrian national, as Chairman of the Community, and a 13-member Managing committee.

The Eritrean-Austrian Community was established in 2005 by Eritrean nationals and Austrian Friends of Eritrea.
