The Hagaz town Administration indicated that it is exerting persistent effort, in collaboration with residents and members of the People’s Army, to promote environmental hygiene, and thereby prevent instances of communicable diseases.
Hagaz, 13 February 2015 – The Hagaz town Administration indicated that it is exerting persistent effort, in collaboration with residents and members of the People’s Army, to promote environmental hygiene, and thereby prevent instances of communicable diseases. In this connection, the town Administration has put in place public bath rooms and toilets at a total expenditure of 2.5 million Nakfa. The facility comprises 12 modern bath rooms, 6 toilets and a store.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Ms. Amna Haj, Administrator of the sub-zone, pointed out that the modem facility has been constructed through taking into account situation of the area, and expressed conviction that it would make significant contribution in promoting environmental hygiene.
The residents of the town expressed satisfaction with the facilities put in place and expressed readiness to practice prudent utilization of the service.
