President Isaias inaugurates training complex of the NCEW

President Isaias Afwerki today inaugurated in Massawa a training complex of the National Confederation of Eritrean Workers (NCEW) that has been constructed jointly by the Construction companies of Keih-Barhri and Sawa.

Massawa, 13 February 2015 – President Isaias Afwerki today inaugurated in Massawa a training complex of the National Confederation of Eritrean Workers (NCEW) that has been constructed jointly by the Construction companies of Keih-Barhri and Sawa. The training complex is equipped with the necessary facilities to offer courses including Electricity, Metal and Wood workshop, and tourism service, among others.
The 3-storey building also comprises rooms for offices and for other similar purposes.

Meanwhile, a documentary film titled “Tergie Adi-Ele” highlighting the armed struggle for independence in general and that of the historic Operation Fenkil in particular, was presented at Cinema Sigalet in connection with the Silver Jubilee Commemoration of Operation Fenkil being conducted in the port city of Massawa. The film is aimed at bequeathing to the young generations the heroic feat, dedication and steadfastness demonstrated by the freedom fighters during the Operation.
