Members of Eritrean community in Sudanese Red Sea region extend educational materials to Northern Red Sea region

Members of Eritrean community in Sudanese Red Sea region, who came in group to take part in the Silver Jubilee Commemoration of Operation Fenkil,  have extended educational materials to the Northern Red Sea region.

Massawa, 14 February 2015 – Members of Eritrean community in Sudanese Red Sea region, who came in group to take part in the Silver Jubilee Commemoration of Operation Fenkil,  have extended educational materials to the Northern Red Sea region. The donated items were handed to Mr. Tesfai Tekle, Director General of Social Service of the regional Administration.

Mr. Andemariam Gebremichael, Chairman of the community, stated that the members have been taking similar initiatives previously in connection with the commemorations of Demise of Wiqa and Nadew Izz.

Mr. Tesfai on his part noted the significance of the support as regards reinforcing educational activities of the region and expressed appreciation for the initiative taken by the citizens.
