Keren: Owners of service rendering institutions obtain training course

Owners of service rendering institutions in Keren city have obtained a 2-day training course with a view to raising awareness as regards trade ethics.

Keren, 17 February 2015 – Owners of service rendering institutions in Keren city have obtained a 2-day training course with a view to raising awareness as regards trade ethics.

In the opening remarks he made, Mr. Rezene Fiseha, head of Trade and Industry branch in the region, called on the owners to strive to provide quality and competitive services to the public.

Ms. Tsehaitu Daniel, head of Training and Research at the Eritrean Chamber of Commerce and who gave the training, noted the significance of providing competitive services with fair price and hospitality to customers would ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the service rendering institutions. She further called on the owners to exert more efforts in this regard.

Mr. Dawit Zerezghi, Administrator of Keren city on his part, called on the Eritrean Chamber of Commerce to organize more promotional activities to this end.

The participants of the training on their part expressed satisfaction with the training they have been provided and put forth views on various issues.
