Eritrean National Cycling Team taking part in Tour de Gabon

Eritrean cyclists Meron Teshome and Mekseb Debesai yesterday stood 7th and 10th rank respectively, in the 3rd stage of Tour de Gabon 2015 also known as “La Tropicale Amissa Bongo.”

Asmara, 19 February 2015 – Eritrean cyclists Meron Teshome and Mekseb Debesai yesterday stood 7th and 10th rank respectively, in the 3rd stage of Tour de Gabon 2015 also known as “La Tropicale Amissa Bongo.”  In the 157-km-long race, the Eritrean cyclists registered the ranks lagging by seven seconds from a British cyclist Daniel Maklai who stood first.

Meanwhile, Eritrean cyclist Tesfom Ogbamariam ranked third in 2nd stage of the competition taken place on February 17.
