Eritrean women residing in a number of German cities assert readiness to enhance role in strengthening national development programs

Members of the National Union of Eritrean Women branches in a number of German cities have asserted readiness to step up participation in the realization of national development goals through raising organizational capacity and ensuring all-round participation.

Asmara, 12 March 2015 – Members of the National Union of Eritrean Women branches in a number of German cities have asserted readiness to step up participation in the realization of national development goals through raising organizational capacity and ensuring all-round participation. They made the pledge at commemorative events conducted in connection with International Women’s Day.

The members further expressed readiness to exert vigorous endeavors as regards nurturing young members on the basis of bequeathing and upholding the heroic feats and dedication Eritrean women demonstrated in the armed struggle for independence and safeguarding the nation’s dignity, as well as the nation-building process.
