Citizen’s Education Textbooks published

Citizen’s Education textbooks have been published and made ready for instruction from Grade 4 to 8.

Asmara, July 29 2015 –  Citizen’s Education textbooks have been published and made ready for instruction from Grade 4 to 8. The task was jointly undertaken by the Ministry of Education and the PFDJ Central Office.

The Elementary section has been translated into the mother tongue of the nation’s ethnic groups. The textbooks have been complied in tune with the principles of the National Charter.

The Ministry of Education has announced that teaching in the newly published textbooks will start in the next academic year.
