Debub Region: Training on Capacity Building

Thirty-six employees at the Debub Region administrational office graduated from SMAP Institute on the 4th of September 2015.

Mendefera 09, September 2015 – Thirty-six employees at the Debub Region administrational office graduated from SMAP Institute on the 4th of September 2015.

The graduates’ fields of study included Business Management, Budgeting Administration and Accounting, amongst other subjects.

Speaking on the occasion,  Dr. Tesfay Haile, Director of SMAP Institute,  noted that the program was launched so as to boost workers’ skills and technical competence and thereby increase output.

SMAP Institute had organized the same training in 2014, graduating 21 students in Secretarial Sciences.
