Efforts to nurture productivity

The National Confederation of Eritrean Workers (NCEW) highlighted the importance of nurturing factory level productivity to contribute towards national development programs.

Asmara, 18 September 2015- The National Confederation of Eritrean Workers (NCEW) highlighted the importance of nurturing factory level productivity to contribute towards national development programs.

In the press release issued at the conclusion of  5th regular meeting of its Council, the Confederation underscored that real economic development must be intertwined with social justice in order to bring about qualitative change in the livelihood of the workers.

The two-day meeting of the Council also adopted recommendations on strengthening cooperation with regional and international workers’ confederations to promote shared ideals and values.
