Agricultural projects in Gerset and Aklalat areas of Golij sub-zone are providing inhabitants with job opportunities.

Asmara 24 November 2015 – Agricultural projects in Gerset and Aklalat areas of Golij sub-zone are providing inhabitants with job opportunities. The inhabitants indicated that despite the inadequate precipitation during the main rainfall season this year, job opportunities presented by the various agricultural projects in Golij have enabled families to lead improved lives.

Over 1000 employees are currently working at the projects from both administrative districts,   growing various kinds of fruits and vegetables, Mr. Hailezhgi Habteab, Head of the Projects in the area acknowledged.
