Support extended to students

The Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare, Gash Barka Branch, has extended educational materials and financial support to 40 students in Molqi sub-zone.

Asmara, December 8 2015 – The Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare, Gash Barka Branch, has extended educational materials and financial support to 40 students in Molqi sub-zone. The branch office also extended 12,000 Nkfa each to three disabled students for the purchase of wheelchairs.

The aim of the assistance is to encourage the students to pursue their education in order to secure a better future, according to Mr. Fikresilasie Yemane, Branch Head of the Ministry of Labour and Human Welfare, Gash Barka Region.
