Anseba: Training in Various Vocational Skills

341 youths from the Anseba Region graduated on March 10 after receiving a 7-month vocational training.

Asmara, 16 March 2016 – 341 youths from the Anseba Region graduated on March 10 after receiving a 7-month vocational training.

The training was offered through cooperation of the NUEYS Branch of the Anseba Region with other stakeholders.

The training focused on mechanics, distribution of electrical cables, distribution of water pipelines, metal and wood works, pottery, still camera, Graphics, Bee farming, Basic Computer Training as well as hair dressing and music lessons.

These periodic training programmes are expected to equip the youth with employable skills.
