Social service provision institutions create stable living condition

The social service provision institutions put in place in Aqordat are contributing to the stable living condition of the residents.

Barentu, 06 April 2016- The social service provision institutions put in place in Aqordat are contributing to the stable living condition of the residents. The comment was made by the work manager of the sub-zone Mr. Ismail Abdalla.

Mr. Ismail told Erina that there are schools in the 15 administrative areas of the sub-zone providing education and the adult education program is registering commendable progress.

With regards the health services, he indicated that there are one hospital, one health center and three health stations and bare foot doctors assigned to every administrative area in the sub-zone.

Furthermore, the administrator pointed out that the residents have become beneficiaries of potable water supply from the wells operating with solar system. Sustainable follow up is also being conducted on the health of the livestock in the sub-zone and are in good condition.
