Vocational training for youth

420 youth in the Massawa sub-zone that were trained in different fields for seven months were graduated on 7 April.

Massawa, 07 April 2016- 420 youth in the Massawa sub-zone that were trained in different fields for seven months were graduated on 7 April.

The training program which was organized in partnership by the branches of the NUEYS and the Ministry of Education included steel and wood works, basic computer, beauty salon as well as first aid.

At the occasion the chairman of the NUEYS Mr. Saleh Ahmedin said that the training program was in continuation of the investment being made for the youth at national level. He also called on the trainees to develop the training they have been provided on the ground.

The trainees on their part expressed appreciation for the opportunity they were provided and called for the sustainability of such programs.
