Religious festivities hallmarks of unity

The residents of the port city of Assab expressed that religious festivities in Eritrea are reflections of the identity and unity as well as the culture of living in harmony and tolerance of the Eritrean people. 

Assab, 6 July 2016 – The residents of the port city of Assab expressed that religious festivities in Eritrea are reflections of the identity and unity as well as the culture of living in harmony and tolerance of the Eritrean people.

Highlighting the role parents play in nurturing good norms and values at household level,  the residents further shared views that irrespective of differences in faith all nationals mutually value the religious festivities.
