Efforts being exerted to Improve livelihood of veteran fighters

The National Association of Eritrean War Disabled Veteran Fighters (NAEWDVF) Anseba region branch has extended a loan of Nakfa 285,000 to enable 19 of its members aimed at enabling them become self supportive and productive members of the society.

Keren, 25 July 2916- The National Association of Eritrean War Disabled Veteran Fighters (NAEWDVF) Anseba region branch has extended a loan of Nakfa 285,000 to enable 19 of its members aimed at enabling them become self supportive and productive members of the society.

Indicating that the NAEWDVF has been working on different programs aimed at rehabilitating the war disabled veteran fighters in trade and agricultural activities, Mr. Dawit Ghberekrstos , head of the association in the Anseba region called the beneficiaries to make use of the opportunities being provided to them.

The beneficiaries on their part commended the initiatives the association has been taking to rehabilitate them in livestock breading and trade activities which enabled them improve their living standards.

Reports from the NAEWDVF Anseba region branch indicate that Nakfa 710,000  would be extended to rehabilitate 47 veterans residing in the sub-zones of Gheleb, Halhal, Habero, Hamelmalo, Elabered and Adi-Tekelezan.
