Massawa, 02 November 2017- A five day training program for health practitioners in the Northern Red Sea region has been organized with a view to upgrade their skills.
The training focused on follow-up and control of communicable diseases and that is expected to contribute in the effort being exerted to eradicate the diseases.
At the closing event, Dr. Yohannes Kesete, head of the Ministry of Health branch in the region, underlined that the success being registered in the health sector and the behavioral change being observed by the public attests to the substantial investment made for providing training to the health experts. Dr. Yohannes also called on the trainees to apply the knowledge they acquired into practice and diligently serve the public.
The trainees on their part commending the opportunity they were provided expressed readiness to live up to expectations.
