Harat Transportation Company expanding service

As part of its efforts to expand transportation service across the country the Harat Transportation Company has opened new transportation routes linking Ghinda sub-zone with Dekemhare, Shi’eb and Gahtelai.

Asmara, 19 March 2018- As part of its efforts to expand transportation service across the country the Harat Transportation Company has opened new transportation routes linking Ghinda sub-zone with Dekemhare, Shi’eb and Gahtelai.

The head of operation in Ghinda, Mr. Elias Tekie pointed out that the new transportation service will have significant contribution in facilitating the day to day activities not only to the residents of the mentioned towns but also to the residents of the adjacent areas.

Mr. Elias also called on the public to reinforce participation in the road renovation popular campaigns with a view to ensure the sustainability of the transportation service.

The beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the transportation service provided with fair price.

Mr. Elias said that there are 10 buses daily providing transportation service from the Ghinda terminal to various destinations.
