International Support to the Peace Process

The US Administration, the European Union, the UN Secretary General, the African Union as well as the ANC have issued statements applauding the positive steps taken by Eritrea and Ethiopia to achieve durable peace.

The various statements emphasize the positive dividends of durable and sustainable peace to the economic growth and prosperity of both countries. They also underline its ramifications to greater stability in the Horn of Africa region.
