The Asmara College of Health Science graduated 459 students on 10 July in Masters Degree, in first degree and in diploma.
Asmara, 10 July 2018- The Asmara College of Health Science graduated 459 students on 10 July in Masters Degree, in first degree and in diploma.
At the graduation ceremony held at the premises of Asmara University, the graduates include 192 in Nursing, 82 in Medicine, 47 Health Care, and 138 in other health related fields of study.
Congratulating the students, the Dean of the College, Dr. Ghidei Gebreyohannes said that the college is significantly contributing in the production of human resources and in the improvement of health services. Dr. Ghidei also called on the graduates to serve their people with commitment and dedication and continuously strive to develop their capacity.
Indicating that the commendable achievements registered in all sectors and in the health sector in particular are the result of the substantial investment being made by the Government, Ms. Amina Nur-Husein, Minister of Health, called on the graduates to make due contribution in the timely and efficient health service to the public.
The representative of the graduates on his part, commending for the educational opportunity they were provided expressed readiness to live up to the expectations.
