Training on Information Technology

Four months certificate training on Information Technology was provided to 22 staff members of the Ministry of Information.

Asmara, 21 September 2018- Four months certificate training on Information Technology was provided to 22 staff members of the Ministry of Information.

The training was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Information and ‘Nekuh Demena’ institution and included networking, information technology and its importance and server administration.

At the graduation ceremony in which heads of the ministry took part, the technical advisor of the ‘Nekuh Demena’, Engineer Teklehaimanot Yemane said that the training will have significant contribution in upgrading the capacity of the staff members of the ministry that have already been working in the area of information technology.

The director of the Human Resources Development in the Ministry of Information, Mr. Sebhatu Kifle on his part said that the training that was provided with internal capacity will have significant contribution in the day to day activities of the ministry and congratulated the trainees for the interest they demonstrated during the training.

It is to be recalled that the Ministry of Information in cooperation with the Embassy of the Peoples Republic of China has provided training for 45 members of the ministry on digital television and radio dissemination.
