Eritrea is taking part at the Intra-African Trade Fair 2018 in Cairo showcasing investment opportunities in Eritrea.

Asmara, 14 December 2018- Eritrea is taking part at the Intra-African Trade Fair 2018 in Cairo showcasing investment opportunities in Eritrea.

The Trade Fair that was officially opened on 11 December by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, was organized in cooperation with the African Union Commission, Afreximbank and the Government of Egypt.

The Eritrean delegation led by Mr. Hagos Gebrehiwet, head of Economic Affairs of the PFDJ, participated at the conference aimed at development of trade and investment cooperation among African countries.

Mr. Hagos also met and held talks with Afreximbank President, Dr. Benedict Oramah on strengthening funding of projects.

Representatives of Eritrean companies are showcasing their products and services at the trade fair.
