Various activities by Eritrean nationals

Eritrean nationals residing in the German cities of Hamburg and Manheim conducted various activities depicting their attachment with their homeland.

Asmara, 21 February 2019- Eritrean nationals residing in the German cities of Hamburg and Manheim conducted various activities depicting their attachment with their homeland.

At a seminar the nationals residing in Hamburg conducted on 16 February focusing on the objective situation in the homeland expressed readiness to contribute their part in the implementation of the national programs.

The head of the Community and Public Affairs at the Eritrean Embassy in Germany, Mr. Kahsai Tewolde gave extensive briefing on the objective situation in the homeland and called for strengthening participation in the national development drives.

In the same vein, Eritrean nationals in Manheim organized a program on 16 February in connection with the 29th anniversary of Fenkil Operation under the theme “Fenkil: Epitome of Heroic History”.

Mr. Yohannes Berhane, chairman of the national committee, said that the heroic feat demonstrated during the armed struggle for independence will have significant input in facing challenges and that the event was organized to that effect.
