The Eritrean community festival in Qatar commenced on 21 November in Doha under the theme “Resilience for Higher Progress”.
Asmara, 22 November 2019- The Eritrean community festival in Qatar commenced on 21 November in Doha under the theme “Resilience for Higher Progress”.
The festival in which Ambassadors, members of the diplomatic community as well as a number of nationals and friends of Eritrea took part was officially opened by Ambassador Ibrahim Yusuf, head of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
The festival is featuring by exhibition depicting the tradition and way of living of the Eritrean ethnic groups as well as resources endowments of Eritrea.
According to report, this year’s festival will be held for three days.
The festival is being highlighted by cultural and musical performance by cultural troupe from Eritrea.
