Vocational training provided to 350 female youth

Vocational training has been provided to 350 female youth in Dekemhare sub zone, report indicates.

Mendefera, 01 February 2020 – Vocational training has been provided to 350 female youth in Dekemhare sub zone, report indicates.

The trainings that lasted 2-5 months included beauty salon, culinary, Information Technology among others.

At the graduation ceremony conducted on 26 January, it was stated that the objective of the vocational trainings was to upgrade the professional capacity of the youth and support them become economically self-supportive and role models in their areas.

Speaking at the event the managing director of Dekemhare sub zone, Mr. Girmay Eset expressed the administration of the subzone’s readiness in organizing similar trainings and creating job opportunities for the trainees.
