Financial and Material support to disadvantaged citizens
Asmara, 30 April 2020- Administrations, private individuals and organizations across the country as well as units of the Eritrean Defense Forces are extending financial and material support to disadvantaged citizens.
Asmara, 30 April 2020- Administrations, private individuals and organizations across the country as well as units of the Eritrean Defense Forces are extending financial and material support to disadvantaged citizens.
According to report, the 59 Division of the Eritrean Defense Forces and other caring institutions and individuals extended food items and sanitation materials to 382 disadvantaged citizens in Aba-Shawl administrative area.
Three house owners in the administrative area also decided that the 23 families renting their houses to live free of rental payment ranging from 2 to 3 months.
Likewise, the Geza-Banda administrative area extended material support worth 52 thousand Nakfa to 87 families.
‘Selam’ association, members of the Popular Army and a national in Geza-Banda contributed financial support to 55 disadvantaged families.
In the same vein, nine house owners in the same administrative area also allowed 46 families to live free of rental payment ranging from one to three months.
The residents of Himbirti, Gala-Nefhi sub-zone also extended food items to 60 disadvantaged families in their area.
