Financial support to disadvantaged families

Financial contribution was extended to disadvantaged families in the sub-zones of Dubarwa and Adi-Quala, Southern region as well as in Massawa.Mendefera, 21 August 2020- Financial contribution was extended to disadvantaged families in the sub-zones of Dubarwa and Adi-Quala, Southern region as well as in Massawa.

Accordingly, in Dubarwa sub-zone the residents of the administrative area of Temajla contributed 159 thousand Nakfa, residents of the administrative area of Adgbay 76 thousand and 400 Nakfa, residents of the administrative area of Adi-Harbo 70 thousand Nakfa, residents of Shiketi administrative area 59 thousand Nakfa and 36 quintals of grain and residents of Zemer administrative area 39 thousand and 345 Nakfa.

Similarly the residents of Amadir administrative area contributed 73 thousand and 500 Nakfa while residents of Guila administrative area 60 thousand Nakfa.

In related news, 312 thousand Nakfa contributed by benevolent nationals was disbursed to disadvantaged and families of martyrs in Adi-Bahro, Adi-Quala sub-zone and the  Eritrean National War-Disabled Veterans’ Association distributed 16 thousand Nakfa to its 16 members.

Employees of Commission of Livestock and Crops in Dogali extended food items to 10 disadvantaged families in Massawa.
