Mendefera, 7 February 2011 – The Southern regional Administration provided training course to 26 sub-zonal administrators and department heads focusing on rendering speedy and efficient public service. The month-long course deals with computer application, use of websites and management.

The trainees said that the course has a vital role to play in the provision of efficient service to the public, besides enabling them to cope with the advancement of information technology.  They further explained that the timely training would facilitate work performance and highlighted the need for installing information technology facilities in remote areas.
