Keren, May 2, 2011- Schools built in rural areas of Anseba region are making significant contribution towards the participation of women in education, according to reports.
Speaking to Erina, female students studying in Asmat Boarding School have expressed their gratitude at the fact that they’ve been able to continue their education thanks to the schools being built in their localities.
The Administrator of Asmat’s Boarding School, Mr. Teklemichael Gebremedhn underscored that the number of schools in the areas has been steadily increasing and as a result the total number of females studying has showed a marked increase.
