Summer Work Program Underway In Southern Red Sea Region

Students of Southern Red Sea region highlighted the significance of Summer Work Program in effectively conserving soil and water, in addition to inculcating the habit of hard work among students.
Assab, 6 July 2011 – Students of Southern Red Sea region highlighted the significance of Summer Work Program in effectively conserving soil and water, in addition to inculcating the habit of hard work among students.

The students who are engaged in planting tree seedlings said that such activities play vital role in promoting sound ecology.

The coordinator of the program in the region, Mr. Berhane Gebrezgabiher, indicated that effective development activities focusing on soil and water conservation, as well as planting of tree seedlings are being undertaken in the sub-zones of Assab, Araeta and Ti’o semi-urban center.
