Health Station in Fiesko Administrative area rendering commendable service

The inhabitants of Fiesko Administrative area, Haikota sub-zone, said that the health station there is rendering commendable service.

Haikota, 6 May 2013 – The inhabitants of Fiesko Administrative area, Haikota sub-zone, said that the health station there is rendering commendable service.

Among the inhabitants, Ms. Fatina Adem, Ms. Jim’eya Nasser and Ms. Amna Humed explained that the community is in a position to save time and energy in line with the availability of such facility, and indicated that popular awareness regarding health issues is on the rise.

Mr. Abdurahman Ismail, head of the health station, pointed out that stepped-up efforts have been exerted with a view to making remarkable impact as regards health in the area, and that such outreach ventures include community sensitization and child immunization. “We believe the health station is playing vital role in improving the livelihood of the inhabitants,” he added.
