Asneda: Students and Youth Week makes significant impacts as regards keeping intact social values

The Administrator of Asmat sub-zone indicated that a Student and Youth Week in Asneda semi-urban center has made significant impact as regards popularizing social values and moral virtues.

Asmat, 06 June 2014 – The Administrator of Asmat sub-zone indicated that a Student and Youth Week in Asneda semi-urban center has made significant impact as regards popularizing social values and moral virtues. It made the remark in connection with the conducting of the event, during which Mr. Abubeker Mohammed Jimi’e, Administrator of the sub-zone, called on community members and local administrators to extend a helping hand towards nurturing competent youths and organizing events of this type in a highly organized manner.

Likewise, Mr. Osman Mohammed-Ker, Administrator of the semi-urban center, expressed satisfaction with the activation of sports and cultural activities in the locality.

Ms. Selam Teklehaimanot, Head of the NUEYS branch in Anseba region, disclosed that extracurricular activities conducted in the event attested to the students’ level of competency and self-confidence, and expressed appreciation for those who made commendable efforts in organizing of the event.
