Residents of Gejeret sub-zone conduct sensitization campaign

The residents of Gejeret sub-zone have conducted sensitization campaign with a view to promoting environmental hygiene.

Asmara, 22 January 2015 – The residents of Gejeret sub-zone have conducted sensitization campaign with a view to promoting environmental hygiene.

Mr. Fanus Haile, Administrator of Halibet Administrative area, said that the campaign is a continuation of similar activities undertaken previously and expressed appreciation for the active enthusiasm demonstrated by the public.

He also commended the readiness of the residents to step up participation in development endeavors in 2015. The participants on their part called on the sub-zonal administration to take proper care of the trees thus planted.
