Sudanese Delegation Arrives In Asmara To Take Part In The National Eritrea Festival

A Sudanese delegation lead by the Administrator of Kesela region, Mr. Mohammad Yosuf Hamid, including Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed Osman, and the Chairman of Legislative Assembly, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Mussa arrived in Asmara today to participate in the National Eritrea Festival.

Asmara, 1 August 2010 – A Sudanese delegation lead by the Administrator of Kesela region, Mr. Mohammad Yosuf Hamid, including Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed Osman, and the Chairman of Legislative Assembly, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Mussa arrived in Asmara today to participate in the National Eritrea Festival.

The delegation was accorded a warm welcome on arrival at the Asmara International Airport by the Administrator of the Gash-Barka region, Mr. Mussa Rab’a.

Mr. Mohammad Yosuf Hamid told ERINA that the visit of the delegation is aimed at celebrating the festival with the people of Eritrea on the basis of the historical relations between the peoples of the two countries.

Mr. Mussa Rab’a, on his part pointed out the Eritrean-Sudanese relations is moving forward and that meetings will be arranged to further foster the close relations between the two region of Eritrea and Sudan.
