Electricity Service In Foro Needs To Be Expanded, Say Inhabitants

The inhabitants of Foro semi-urban center, Southern Red Sea region, highlighted the need for expanding the limited electricity service so that the urbanization process may continue with added vigor.
Foro, 25 September 2010 – The inhabitants of Foro semi-urban center, Southern Red Sea region, highlighted the need for expanding the limited electricity service so that the urbanization process may continue with added vigor.

Expressing satisfaction with the already introduced social services, they explained that the renovation of the Massawa-Foro road provided impetus to the flourishing of business enterprises. In this respect, they noted the paramount importance of expanding power supply service in facilitating such urbanization.

The local inhabitants went on to say that Foro has now become the  hub of trading activities as a result of the construction of the Massawa-Foro road, installation of mobile phone service and the expansion of limited hours of electricity service.

Noting that the endeavors being exerted to ensure social justice fully attest to the Government’s care to citizens, they called on the concerned party to give special attention to the task of expanding power supply.

Foro semi-urban center which is located along the Massawa-Assab road  is  located 45 Km. from the port city of Massawa.
