Eritrean citizens in Birmingham back up nation’s development programs

Eritrean nationals residing in the British city of Birmingham and its environs condemned the US instigated illegal Security Council sanctions resolution against Eritrea.

Asmara, 23 December 2011 – Eritrean nationals residing in the British city of Birmingham and its environs condemned the US instigated illegal Security Council sanctions resolution against Eritrea. They also voiced determination to reinforce contribution for the effective implementation of development programs in the Homeland.

In the public meeting the nationals conducted, the Eritrean Ambassador to the UK, Mr. Tesfamichael Gerahtu, gave extensive briefings regarding the unjust sanctions resolution and Eritrean people’s steadfastness.

The nationals further pledged to live up to the nation’s expectations.
