Foreign Minister conducts discussion with Saudi Arabian counterpart as regards fostering bilateral ties

The Eritrean Foreign Minister, Mr. Osman Saleh, conducted discussion with his Saudi counterpart, Emir Seud Al-Feisal, on fostering bilateral ties and issues of mutual interest to both countries.

Asmara, 08 May 2014 – The Eritrean Foreign Minister, Mr. Osman Saleh, conducted discussion with his Saudi counterpart, Emir Seud Al-Feisal, on fostering bilateral ties and issues of mutual interest to both countries.

In the course of the meeting conducted yesterday in Jeddah city, Mr. Osman conveyed President Isaias Afwerki’s goodwill to King Abdalla Bin Abdulaziz Al-Seud, and both sides agreed to raise the existing relations in various domains between both countries, according to reports.

Mr. Yemane Gebreab, Head of Political Affairs at the PFDJ, and the Eritrean Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Mohammed-Omar Mahmoud, on the side of Eritrea, and Emir Abdulaziz Bin Abdalla Bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister, as well as others were present in the meeting.
