Hagaz and Elabered sub-zones: Youths assert readiness to step up participation in national development activities

Youths in Hagaz and Elabered sub-zones have expressed readiness to step up participation in the implementation of national development programs on the basis of acquiring the necessary knowledge, skill knowhow and experience.

Hagaz, 15 May 2014 – Youths in Hagaz and Elabered sub-zones have expressed readiness to step up participation in the implementation of national development programs on the basis of acquiring the necessary knowledge, skill knowhow and experience.

They made the remark at a joint meeting of the NUEYS branches in the two sub-zones which was conducted in Hagaz semi-urban center, during which the challenges and opportunities of youths and activities of youth stakeholders, as well as the Union’s relations were discussed extensively, besides scrutiny of exchange of experience.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Amna Haj, Administrator of Hagaz sub-zone, pointed out that the meeting is aimed at promoting the organizational capacity of youths, their relations with stakeholders and the ties between the Union’s branches. She further asserted the sub-zone’s readiness to put up sustained efforts as regards nurturing virtuous youths.

Likewise, heads of the NUEYS branch offices indicated that endeavors are being put up towards nurturing versatile youths, and called on members and stakeholders to mount participation for the realization of the cherished development goals.
