Community Hospitals in Edaga-Hamus and Villagio rendering commendable services
Nationals who have been admitted to the Community Hospitals of Edaga-Hamus and Villagio here in the capital indicated that the hospitals are rendering commendable services.
Asmara, 17 June 2014 – Nationals who have been admitted to the Community Hospitals of Edaga-Hamus and Villagio here in the capital indicated that the hospitals are rendering commendable services.
They also stated that they are providing the necessary medical services, including that of maternity, in addition to expressing satisfaction with the services being rendered.
Among the beneficiaries, Ms. Fiori Kiflai, Ms. Furtuna Habteab, Ms. Munira Mohammed and Ms. Beilul Weldemikael said that the putting in place of such medical institutions attest to the endeavors being made by the Health Ministry to expand health outreach.
Dr. Tsigereda Mehari, Medical Director of Villagio Community Hospital, pointed out that the hospital would shortly be provided with physiotherapy, VCT and TB treatment services.
Ms. Elilta Abraha, head of Edaga-Hamus Hospital, stated on her part that it is making significant impact as regards promoting community wellbeing.
